Making Your Life Easy
Don’t want to cook? That’s alright. I’ll fill your freezer.
One cook day in your kitchen = 100+ home-cooked meals your family will actually eat. Spag bol, butter chicken, taco mince (yes, with the packet your kids like). Portioned, packed and stacked in your freezer. I even clean up.

Who I cook for
Sound familiar?
Tick the ones that sound like your house.
And up north? No meal-kit deliveries, and in some towns you can’t even get a decent curry.
You don’t need to cook every night. You need one good cook day.

G’day, I’m Brita
And yes, I’m realI was born in Tom Price, I’m Swedish-Filipino, and I’ve been cooking for more than 30 years around Australia and the world. These days I cook in WA kitchens, from Karratha to Perth.
I’m not here to serve you caviar and scallops. I’m here so your family eats well on the nights you’re flat out. Butter chicken, spag bol, a proper shepherd’s pie. The food your kids actually ask for.
Everyone’s working harder just to keep up, me included. I can’t fix the mortgage, but I can take dinner off your plate. Fair warning: I don’t stop talking. My clients reckon that’s half the fun.

This is my last round of cooks up north for now, then I’m in Perth from 23 November. It’s just me, so the dates go fast.

Two ways to fill your freezer
Great meals without the price tagI do the lot
I plan the menu, do the shopping, cook all day, pack your freezer and clean up. You don’t lift a finger.Personal shopping is a minimum $300 + GST on top of your cook.
Cook with me and save
You grab the groceries from my list and cook alongside me for the day. Plenty of my regulars do it this way. It’s where they save the dollars, and we have a good yarn while we’re at it.Fair warning: this one’s not for the lazy.
Rolling cooks
Rebook every month, every second month or every 12 weeks. One of my regulars gets three months of dinners out of one afternoon. Same price every time.
Cooking for one?
Split a cook with your housemates or your crew. Brodie and his housemates share one between them.
Your cook day, start to finish
Step 1: We have a yarn
Leave your details and I’ll call you. We build your menu around what your family already loves: favourites, allergies, fussy eaters, the lot.
Step 2: Lock in your date
A deposit secures your cook day, and it comes off your final bill.
Step 3: I cook all day in your kitchen
I bring my gear, cook everything fresh, portion it, pack it and stack your freezer. Then I clean up before I go. Stay and cook with me, or go to work and leave me to it.
Step 4: Heat, eat, repeat
Dinner’s sorted for weeks. The balance is worked out at the end of the day, based on your ingredients and containers.

Brita, you are my god send!! Working shift, cooking is the last thing I want to do after a 12-hours. Your meals are absolutely delicious, so many different varieties to choose from.
...smash out 135 meals! My 142L freezer is full to the brim of her amazing creations, which is an absolute blessing to have at 37 weeks pregnant.
My housemates and I split a cook between us... I don’t cook much and my workload is very physical so coming home to ready made meals that aren’t only bloody delicious but healthy too, really makes my downtime easy to enjoy... Brita’s service is super affordable.
The flavours are amazing, the portion sizes are over generous, I’m 118kg, so believe me I like a good feed... my daughter almost cried with excitement tasting all her different favourites. Worth every dollar and more.
We did a postnatal cook up together and ended up with over 200+ meals. I’m a coeliac and Brita customised the whole menu for me... Thank you so much Brita you have saved my future sleep and sanity.
Our community is so fortunate to have pocket friendly, healthy convenience food that supports the family unit the way you do.

Before you ask
How much does a cook day cost?
Every cook is different, because it depends on how many meals, how many people and what’s on your menu. A deposit locks in your date and comes off your final bill. The balance is worked out at the end of the cook day, based on your ingredients and containers. Want to keep it cheaper? Do your own shopping and cook with me. We’ll talk it all through on the phone first.
How many meals will I actually get?
Usually 100+ from one cook day. Tiana and I smashed out 135. Jess’s postnatal cook-up came to 200+. It depends on your menu, your household and your freezer space.
I’m only cooking for one. Is it worth it?
A full cook is a lot of food for one person, so split it. Brodie and his housemates share a cook between them. You could do the same with your housemates or your crew.
What won’t you put in the freezer?
Seafood and steak. They don’t belong in a frozen box. If you want a steak, I’ll cook it fresh for dinner that night. Curries, bolognese, pies and soups all freeze beautifully.
Can you handle allergies, diets and fussy kids?
Yep. I’ve done full coeliac menus, vegan menus and strict keto. Fussy kids? I’ll even use the taco packet they like. Following a PT or dietitian plan with exact macros? I can do that for an extra $100.
Do I need to be home on the day?
Up to you. Plenty of my clients go to work and leave me to it. Or stay home and cook with me. It’s a good day either way.
Do you come to my town?
Karratha is my home base, and I run through Port Hedland, Tom Price and Exmouth. Perth cook days start from 23 November. Somewhere else in WA? Ask me, and I’ll look at the logistics.
Can I rebook?
Most of my clients do. Rebook every month, every second month, or every 12 weeks like one of my regulars, whose one afternoon of cooking lasts her three months. Same price every time.
Are you actually real?
Ha! Yes. I was born in Tom Price and I’ve been cooking for more than 30 years. Leave your number and I’ll ring you myself. You’ll know I’m real in about ten seconds.
Your freezer’s not going to fill itself
It takes 30 seconds, and I’ll call you back for a chat about your menu.
